We work the other way around. Start with the workflow. Find where hours are actually leaking. Implement AI only at the points where it compounds. Keep humans in the loop for anything that touches a customer.
Our sweet spot is the operator-led business — from freelancers building a practice to small teams growing into their operations. Most of our clients are Malaysian SMEs. The tools we reach for are boring on purpose: Supabase, n8n, GPT, Google Workspace, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Autocount — chosen after the audit, never before.
